Terms and Conditions of Dizso Funded

Last updated: 30 September 2026

By acquiring or using any account, service or platform of Dizso Funded, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Service

Dizso Funded provides access to evaluation accounts and/or trading programmes subject to the rules published on our website and platform. The user is responsible for knowing and complying with the rules applicable to the account they acquire.

Dizso Funded does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Every trading decision is the user's sole responsibility.

Account activation

Once payment is confirmed, the account is activated automatically and the user gets access to the platform.

Before completing the purchase, the user expressly consents to the immediate activation of the service. Opening a trade constitutes the effective start of use of the account.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase. By activating the account before that period ends, you expressly request the immediate start of the service; if you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you will pay the proportionate part already supplied, in accordance with consumer law.

Separately from that statutory right, our commercial policy refunds the full amount when the user has not opened, executed or closed any trade on the account, within that same fourteen (14) day period. Once a trade is opened, the full commercial refund no longer applies.

Requests must be sent to [email protected] stating the purchase email, order number and reason for the request.

No commercial refund will be granted where there is trading activity, breach of these conditions, fraud, abuse, manipulation, unjustified chargeback or violation of the account rules.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights the consumer may have under applicable law.

Who can contract

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence, if higher), have full legal capacity, and act in your own name and on your own behalf.

Dizso Funded does not provide services to persons resident in, or accessing the service from, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Russia, Belarus, Crimea and Sevastopol, or the non-government-controlled areas of the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted where required by law or by the conditions of our payment, identity-verification or other essential service providers.

Using a VPN, a proxy, a false address or any other means to hide your actual location or residence is a serious breach: the account is closed and no profit arising from the breach is paid. Fees for evaluations already activated are retained; amounts paid for services not activated are returned to the original payment method unless sanctions or other law prohibit the return.

A person whose account was previously closed by a documented decision concerning money laundering, sanctions or fraud may not open a new account, directly or through another person.

Identity verification, sanctions screening and payout controls are governed by our AML policy.

Trading during news events

Trading during economic news, macroeconomic data releases and market events is permitted.

Nonetheless, any trading must comply with the rest of Dizso Funded's rules, including minimum holding time, prohibited conduct and account management rules.

Minimum trade duration

Every trade must remain open for a minimum of sixty (60) seconds before it is closed.

Trades closed before that period may be considered invalid. Dizso Funded may exclude their results, adjust the balance, invalidate profit, or take the necessary measures when it detects repeated or intentional non-compliance.

Hedging and prohibited strategies

Hedging is not permitted, understood as opening opposite positions that neutralise or artificially reduce risk on the same asset or highly correlated assets.

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Opening a buy on one account and a sell on another account, where both accounts belong to, are controlled by, or are operated by the same person.
  • Opening opposite positions across your own accounts, accounts acquired by third parties, or linked accounts.
  • Using extremely fast trades, of roughly one second, to capture momentary price moves and closing them immediately.
  • Engaging in any practice aimed at exploiting pricing errors, latency, technical faults, execution delays or platform vulnerabilities.

Dizso Funded may investigate related accounts using registration information, devices, IP addresses, trading patterns, payment methods or other reasonable means.

Account ownership and use

Each account is personal, individual and non-transferable.

You may not trade an account belonging to someone else, allow a third party to trade your own account, share credentials, or sell, rent, assign or transfer access to an account.

The registered holder must be the person carrying out the trading. Dizso Funded may request identity or ownership verification at any time.

Each person may register only one user profile on the platform. Third-party account-management and copy-trading services are not permitted.

Accounts are connected when they share a verified holder or identity document. Sharing only a device or IP address starts a review but does not, by itself, establish a connection.

Positions held for more than one day

Positions kept open for more than one (1) day may be subject to an applicable fee for extended holding.

The fee, its calculation method and the applicable conditions will be indicated on the platform, on the pricing page, or in the specific rules of each programme before it applies.

Compliance with the rules and measures

Breach of these Terms or of an account's rules may lead, among other measures, to:

  • Cancellation of trades or profit obtained in an impermissible way.
  • Adjustment of the balance or of results.
  • Temporary suspension of the account.
  • Permanent closure of one or more accounts.
  • Cancellation of pending payments or rewards.
  • Restriction from acquiring or using future Dizso Funded services.

Decisions are taken after a reasonable review of the detected activity.

Profit split

The user receives 80 % of the net profit generated by their account; Dizso Funded retains the remaining 20 %.

Net profit is calculated as the gain above the highest balance previously reached by the account: a loss must be recovered before a new payout arises.

The 80 % is the minimum percentage and does not decrease while these Terms are in force. A promotion or an individual agreement may improve it in the user's favour.

Payments, payouts and chargebacks

The user agrees to pay the indicated amount before receiving access to the account.

Once an account is funded there is no profit target to request a payout: the user may request one as soon as profit is available, on demand, with no minimum waiting period and no limit on the number of requests.

The minimum payout is $20 of net profit, after the profit split. Each request withdraws the full profit available at that time; partial or incremental withdrawals are not permitted.

After a payout is processed, the account balance returns to its starting balance and the applicable risk limits, such as the daily loss limit and the max drawdown, are recalculated from that balance.

Payouts are made in USDC to the wallet address entered by the user, who declares it to be under their control. A newly added payout address cannot be used during the 48 hours following its registration. If the screening described in the AML policy blocks only the address, the user must provide another address that passes the screening.

Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback or payment dispute, or one filed without first contacting support, may result in the immediate suspension of all linked accounts and a claim for the reasonable costs of handling the dispute.

Platform availability

Dizso Funded will endeavour to keep the platform available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, technical incidents, third-party provider outages or events beyond our control may occur.

Changes

Dizso Funded may update these Terms, the account rules, fees or platform features when necessary. Changes will be communicated through the website, the platform or official channels and will take effect on the indicated date.

Limitation of liability

We are liable to the user only for direct damage caused by our breach of these Terms. Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, the notional result of any trade, and any indirect or consequential damage are excluded.

Our total liability to the user for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount actually paid for the account that gave rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit limiting or excluding liability.

Duration and termination

The user may close their account at any time by writing to [email protected].

Dizso Funded may suspend or terminate the contract immediately if the user breaches these Terms or if the law requires it, and may terminate it for convenience with reasonable notice.

Miscellaneous

The user may not assign this contract to a third party without our written consent. Dizso Funded may assign it as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.

If a court declares any clause of these Terms invalid, the rest remains in force.

We publish these Terms in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.

Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to Dizso Technology SL, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
