Compliance
Anti-Money Laundering, Identity Verification and Sanctions Policy
Version 1 — in force from 10 September 2026
This policy sets out the prohibitions, checks and controls Dizso Technology SL, trading as Dizso Funded, applies to verify identity and prevent money laundering, fraud, unlawful payments and sanctions breaches. It forms part of the contract each user accepts when creating an account. Employees, affiliates and contractors are bound through their respective contracts.
1. Our regulatory position
Dizso Technology SL is not a bank, an investment firm, a payment institution or a crypto-asset service provider. We hold no client money, take no deposits, execute no orders on real markets and custody no assets for anyone.
The fees users pay purchase access to our technology, educational content and simulated evaluations. They are not money entrusted to us for investment, management or custody. Any reward paid to a user comes from Dizso's own funds and remunerates performance in a simulated environment; it is not a return on the user's capital.
We apply the identity, payment, sanctions and monitoring controls described in sections 2 to 7. Compliance with applicable EU restrictive measures and with general criminal law is mandatory for us. Where this policy goes beyond what the law strictly requires, it operates as a contractual and internal control: none of it makes us a regulated financial service or gives you the protections that come with one, and none of it is legal or tax advice.
2. Who cannot hold an account
We will refuse, and we will close, an account belonging to:
- Anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live if that age is higher.
- Any person or entity designated on an applicable sanctions list, anyone owned 50 % or more or otherwise controlled by such a person, and anyone acting on their behalf.
- Residents or nationals of, and anyone connecting from, a restricted jurisdiction.
- Anyone acting for an undisclosed third party, or opening an account that someone else will fund, operate or be paid from.
- Anyone who refuses verification, supplies a false or altered document, or gives identity, residence or ownership information that contradicts the documents supplied or the records used to verify it.
- Anyone recorded as the verified holder or beneficial owner of an account previously closed by a documented decision concerning money laundering, sanctions or fraud, and anyone opening an account on their behalf.
Using a VPN, a proxy, a false address or any other means to hide where you actually are is a serious breach. The account is closed and no profit arising from the breach is paid. Fees for evaluations already activated are retained; amounts paid for services not activated are returned to the original payment method unless a sanctions measure or other law prohibits the return.
3. Restricted jurisdictions
Dizso does not provide services to persons resident in or accessing our services from North Korea, Iran, Russia or Belarus, Crimea and Sevastopol, or the non-government-controlled areas of the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.
Dizso also does not provide services to any person or entity where doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions or restrictive measures, including persons or entities included on European Union sanctions lists.
Dizso may additionally restrict access from specific jurisdictions where necessary to comply with legal obligations or the conditions of our payment, identity-verification or other essential service providers.
4. Identity verification
You may register and take an evaluation with an email address, a declared country of residence and the required declarations. Identity verification is mandatory before the first payout and may be required earlier when account sharing or identity substitution is recorded.
Verification is reviewed manually by authorised Dizso personnel. You must submit, through the secure upload area, legible and uncropped images of both sides of a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of address issued within the last three months and a selfie holding the document. We use no automated facial recognition or biometric templates.
Possible matches with a politically exposed or sanctioned person are held for human review. A confirmed politically exposed person must prove the source of funds and wealth and obtain management approval; a confirmed sanctions match is handled under sections 2, 3 and 7. Identity or residence discrepancies require updated documents and a video interview. Verification is repeated when the identity document expires, the holder's name or residence changes, or Dizso has grounds to doubt the information already verified. Materially false identity, birth, residence or account-ownership information established by the verification records results in closure after human review.
Identity verification records — the identity document, proof of address and selfie — are kept for 5 years after the account closes.
5. One person, one account, no intermediaries
Each person may register and maintain only one account. Only its registered and verified holder may access it or place simulated trades. The account may not be shared, sold, rented, transferred or operated by a third party. Third-party account-management and copy-trading services are not permitted.
Accounts are connected when they share a verified holder or identity document. Sharing only a device or IP address starts a review but does not, by itself, establish a connection or extend a decision to another account.
6. Payments, refunds and payouts
Payments are processed by the external providers available on the platform. The availability and acceptance of each payment method depend on the corresponding provider. Refunds, where due, are returned through that provider to the original payment method.
Payouts are made in USDC to the wallet address entered by the user and declared to be under their control. Before each payout, and whenever the address changes, authorised Dizso personnel manually review the result returned by a blockchain analytics provider. A newly added payout address cannot be used during the 48 hours following its registration.
Dizso does not execute a payout when the address screening returns a block or when applicable law, sanctions or restrictive measures prohibit the transfer. If only the address is blocked, the user must provide another address that passes the screening.
We may withhold details of a screening or blocked payout only when applicable law prohibits their disclosure.
7. Monitoring, measures and authorities
Dizso reviews identity data, matches against sanctions lists and payout addresses under this policy. Automated results do not, by themselves, cause an account to be closed or a payout to be refused.
When a check returns an issue, Dizso may request additional documents and temporarily hold the affected payout until a person completes the review. The consequences of a confirmed breach are applied under the Terms and Conditions.
Dizso will retain and provide information to a competent authority only when required by law or a legally binding request. It may withhold information about the review when the law prohibits its disclosure.

Everything we publish is educational material. It is not investment advice, a business recommendation, or financial analysis, and nothing here should be read as a suggestion to buy or sell anything. We do not aim this material at people living where its distribution or use would break local rules.
Every Dizso Funded account is a simulation, including the ones we call funded. You never send an order to a real market or hold a real financial instrument, and Dizso does not copy or execute your simulated trades in real markets. What we pay you is a contractual reward calculated from how your simulated activity performed against the evaluation rules; it is not a return on money invested through Dizso. Keep in mind that most people who attempt an evaluation do not pass it.
You use our services for yourself, in a personal capacity, and never in the course of a business. Dizso Technology SL does not act as a broker, holds no client money and takes no deposits, and is licensed by neither the CNMV, the Banco de España, nor any other supervisory body. None of the safeguards that come with a regulated financial service apply here. What we offer is not available everywhere; access depends on where you are.
Dizso Funded is a service of Dizso Technology SL (CIF B71564678), with registered office at Calle San Esteban 11, 10.º B, 31010 Barañáin (Navarra), Spain.
